Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily supermarket operations across all departments.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and franchise standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare reports and communicate with franchise headquarters.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supermarket or retail management.
• Fluent in English (French is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales, budgeting, and stock management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
