ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – BOUTIQUE REAL ESTATE (DUBAI)
We are a boutique real estate company looking for a highly motivated, independent, and results-driven Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives without constant supervision, is comfortable working remotely, and is motivated by performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage daily administrative tasks and support the CEO and the real estate team.
– Coordinate property listings across portals and ensure all details are accurate.
– Communicate with property owners, tenants, and clients through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
– Schedule and arrange property viewings when required.
– Handle documents such as tenancy contracts, offers, and basic paperwork.
– Assist with lead generation and follow-ups.
– Maintain organised records and ensure smooth workflow.
– Meet weekly performance expectations with strong independence.
– Skilled in basic photo editing and creating professional layouts using Canva or similar design tools
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience (administration or similar).
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
– Comfortable coordinating viewings and interacting with clients when required.
– Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, CRM systems, basic computer tools and MS Office.
– Motivated, reliable, and driven by results.
– Driving license not required but beneficial.
