As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients, improving customer experience, and supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to after-sales service. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, ensuring Importa remains the preferred partner for interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (developers, contractors, architects, designers)
Manage customer accounts and support ongoing projects from quotation to delivery & installation
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure superior service and timely resolution of issues
Track customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and processes
Support CRM data updates in HubSpot/Bitrix24 (or company CRM)
Prepare and share performance and pipeline reports with the sales team
Assist with showroom presentations, technical guidance, and coordination with installation teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction and promote repeat business opportunities
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings
Qualifications & Experience
-Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or CRM role (preferably in real estate/interior fit-out industry)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
-Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Bitrix24 is a plus)
-Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
-Fluent English and Arabic (Russian/Ukrainian is a plus)
