Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance, AMC contracts, duct cleaning, and retrofit services
Generate leads through client visits, cold calls, references, and online inquiries
Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for scope finalization
Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
Negotiate commercial terms and close service contracts and projects
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth execution after order confirmation
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain sales reports, client database, and follow-up records
Desired Candidate Profile

Any GCC National, Indian, Saudi Arabian

Intermediate School

Male

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, maintenance, or contracting services
Experience in HVAC AMC, maintenance services, duct cleaning, or retrofit projects is an advantage
Knowledge of industrial and commercial HVAC systems
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Valid driving license (mandatory)
GCC / Saudi Arabia experience preferred
