Senior IAM Specialist (Forgerock)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior CIAM Specialist to design, implement, and enhance Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using ForgeRock. The role focuses on secure authentication, authorization, IAM workflows, integration with banking applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Minimum 8 years of relevant CIAM/IAM experience, with strong hands-on expertise in ForgeRock.
Hands-on experience in large-scale banking or financial services environments.
Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, LDAP/Directory Services, and API security.
Experience with customer onboarding journeys, KYC integration, and secure digital banking flows.
Solid knowledge of security, governance, and regulatory requirements in the region.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work in complex, high-security environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
