Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Provide timely technical support to end-users.
System Maintenance:
Perform regular updates and patches for software and operating systems.
Maintain and repair IT equipment.
User Assistance and Training:
Assist employees in understanding and using technology effectively.
Provide training on new systems or software as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain logs of support activities and solutions.
Document IT processes and configurations.
Network and Security:
Support network infrastructure, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Enforce cyber security measures, including antivirus updates and monitoring.
Asset Management:
Track and manage IT assets like laptops, servers, and licenses.
Assist in procurement and inventory management of IT equipment.

Any Nationality
Bachelors in Computer Application(Computers), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers)
Male
2–5 years in IT support or related role.
Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Certifications preferred:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
ITIL Foundation Certification
