Technical Manager

Job Description

1-Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs with consultants.

2-Review and approve shop drawings for football fields, sports buildings, MEP rooms, etc.

3-Ensure adherence to SBC codes, FIFA/UEFA facility standards, and fire safety (SBC 801).

4-Resolve technical conflicts (RFI, design gaps, clashes).

5-Support commissioning and handover documentation.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science, Master of Science

To manage all technical submittals, design coordination, shop drawings, and compliance with regulations.

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture. 10–15 years technical office experience.
