Job Title: Real Estate Broker / Agent

(Off-Plan & Secondary Market – Mainland)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate broker/agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling off-plan and secondary market properties in the mainland, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships while meeting company targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
* Advise clients on property options, pricing, and market trends
* Generate and manage leads, conduct property viewings, and close deals
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
* Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements
* Coordinate with internal admin and marketing teams
Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Requirements

* Experience in UAE real estate (off-plan and/or secondary market preferred) for at least 1 year.
* Valid or pending RERA certification (preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
* Any nationality welcome
* Must have a valid driving license.
* English must be professional.
* The dress code must be professional.

Basic Salary: Depends on Experience.
