Job Description
MEBS Facility Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end facilities operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational control, client handling, and commercial awareness to ensure efficient service delivery across managed properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facilities management operations across assigned sites
Manage hard & soft services, vendors, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with SLA, HSE standards, and UAE regulations
Handle client coordination, complaints resolution, and reporting
Supervise site teams, supervisors, and technicians
Monitor budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency
Support business development by bringing new contracts/buildings
Oversee lease coordination, cheque collection, and operational documentation
Ensure smooth handover and takeover of sites
Any other duties as assigned based on business requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Indian
Any Graduation
Male
5–8 years of experience in facilities or property operations (UAE experience mandatory)
Strong knowledge of FM operations, maintenance, and contracts
Proven people management and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
