FM Engineer

Job Description

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Implement and oversee energy management strategies to reduce costs and improve sustainability within the facility.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all facility-related processes, including maintenance schedules and compliance records.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering, showcasing a robust understanding of industry practices.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) preferred.
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, exhibiting strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
