Job Description
Oversee and ensure the accuracy and integrity of geospatial data through rigorous quality control processes, including data validation, error detection, and correction.
Manage and coordinate GIS project workflows, from data acquisition and processing to analysis and product delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards, establishing best practices for data management and analysis.
Lead and mentor a team of GIS technicians and analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, understand data needs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct thorough data analysis and spatial modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing valuable information for decision-making.
Utilize GIS software and tools to create maps, reports, and visualizations, effectively communicating complex geospatial information.
Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, ensuring the efficient operation of GIS systems and software.
Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science
Any
Degree or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution #ISO9001:2015 certification or equivalent Minimum Ten (10) years of inspection experience with a minimum of five (5) years inspection supervision for candidates holding an Engineering Degree Min 5 years of exp as QC Manager or QA QC Supervisor
