Job Description

We are looking for Demand Planning (S&OP) Manager / Supervisor with FMCG experience in Bakery & Bottled Water to drive accurate demand forecasts, inventory optimization, and effective S&OP processes. The role ensures alignment between sales, production, and supply chain to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead (Manager) or assist (Supervisor) in the S&OP process, integrating sales forecasts with production plans.

• Prepare accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, promotions, and market trends.

• Monitor inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and recommend actions to minimize stock-outs or excess.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams.

• Support seasonal planning, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.

• Prepare reports and dashboards for KPI tracking and decision-making.

Requirements:

• FMCG demand planning/S&OP experience in Bakery & Bottled Water:

– Manager: 5–8 yrs | Supervisor: 3–5 yrs • Strong forecasting, analytical, and ERP (Oracle) skills

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Arabic speakers fluent in English preferred

• Candidates from Kuwait/GCC preferred
