Procurement Manager / Supervisor – FMCG (Bakery & Bottled Water)

Job Description

We are seeking Procurement Manager / Supervisor with FMCG experience in Bakery & Bottled Water to manage strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and timely supply of raw materials, packaging, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies (Manager level) or assist in execution (Supervisor level).

• Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams for accurate material planning.

• Track market trends, supplier performance, and cost optimization opportunities.

Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration

Requirements:

• FMCG procurement experience in Bakery & Bottled Water:

– Manager: 5–8 yrs | Supervisor: 3–5 yrs

• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and ERP (Oracle) skills

• Arabic speakers fluent in English preferred

• Candidates from Kuwait Local market /GCC preferred
