Steel Fabrication QA/QC Inspector – Jeddah (Overseas Recruit)

Job Description

• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections for steel structure fabrication
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and fabrication drawings
• Implement and manage QA/QC procedures on fabrication activities
• Prepare, review, and maintain QC documentation and inspection reports
• Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved WPS
• Review WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Test records
• Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, including AWS D1.1 and ASME

Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Nepali

Diploma(Welding Technology), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Metallurgy), Master of Technology/Engineering(Metallurgy)

Any

• Proven experience in steel structure fabrication • Strong ability to read and interpret shop and fabrication drawings • Solid knowledge of AWS D1.1 and relevant ASME codes • Experience in preparing or reviewing WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualification Tests • CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI certification is mandatory • NDT Level II certification in applicable methods • Additional certifications are an advantage • Immediate availability is an advantage Salary and Benefits: • SAR 2,500 to 3,000 • Food allowance • Accommodation and transportation provided
