Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Handle property listings for both sales and leasing.
• Generate leads and build a strong client network.
• Conduct viewings and property tours with potential clients.
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, RERA laws, and community developments.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant in sales or leasing is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
