Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Arabic-speaking Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide product information, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals.
Prepare call reports and share feedback with management.
Requirements
Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
Proven experience in telesales and customer service in the UAE.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
