Job Description
We are looking for a Business Coordinator to join our Recruitment Agency.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
Fluent in Chinese (mandatory & very important)
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
Fluent English is mandatory
Valid driving license of Dubai.
Strong coordination, communication, and client-handling skills
Preferred Qualification:
University degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate between clients and recruitment teams
Support recruitment operations and business development
Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and candidates
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordination processes
