Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client compliance requirements, responding to regulatory queries, and ensuring adherence to UAE regulatory standards applicable to trading platforms. Prior experience in a similar role within a regulated financial or trading environment will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle client onboarding compliance, KYC, AML, and due diligence processes in accordance with UAE regulatory requirements.
Respond to client compliance-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
Review, verify, and maintain client documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve compliance issues and discrepancies.
Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Assist in regulatory reporting and audits when required.
Stay updated on changes in UAE compliance and regulatory frameworks related to trading platforms.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Male candidate preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, English, Arabic, and Malayalam (spoken proficiency required).
Prior experience in a compliance role within a UAE regulated trading platform, financial services, brokerage, or similar regulated industry is a strong bonus.
Good understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance procedures.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Attention to detail and ability to work under regulatory deadlines.
