I’m hiring a right-hand EA/PA because I’m building fast and I need someone who can handle real-life execution and keep my environment calm, clean, and predictable — so I can stay focused on growth.
My purpose is simple: leave the world better than I found it. A major part of that is a free pro-bono incubation center I’m opening to help founders get structure, momentum, and real support without gatekeeping.
This role includes practical tasks that are not glamorous. If you only want “executive” work and no real-life execution, this won’t fit.
But if you’re the type who’s humble, hungry, and wants a path to grow — this can become a rare opportunity.
Think of it like this: you’ll start with fundamentals (order, routines, reliability). If you master those, you’ll earn more responsibility fast — including business exposure most people don’t get.
What you will do (Responsibilities)
Home & daily life (hands-on)
Keep my home clean and organized (daily tidying + weekly reset routines)
Handle simple healthy cooking / meal prep and food logistics
Manage Uber Eats, groceries, and household supplies (no running out of basics)
Run errands and handle practical tasks that keep life running smoothly
Travel & logistics (end-to-end)
Book flights, hotels, transport, itineraries — fully managed
Maintain travel confirmations, documents, schedules, packing lists
Coordinate guest logistics and airport pickup (you or driver)
Communication & admin
Take phone calls, filter requests, schedule callbacks, follow up until done
Manage calendar, reminders, and personal admin
Keep details organized so nothing gets missed
Meetings & execution
Take notes during meetings, summarize decisions, extract action items
Maintain task lists, chase follow-ups, keep projects moving
Learn the business (growth path)
Learn my companies fast (SME Consulting / Easykonto projects)
Sit in on relevant business meetings and learn how I think, sell, negotiate, and build systems
Gradually take on higher-value tasks (ops, coordination, partnerships, internal systems)

What success looks like (first 30–60 days)
Home runs smoothly without reminders
Food/travel logistics are handled cleanly

Location / setup
Dubai, hybrid. Some days require being physically present for errands, home tasks, and pickups.
