Health and Safety Specialist

Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a competent and proactive Health and Safety Specialist to support occupational health and safety compliance and continuous improvement across operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Shall have an internationally recognised Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Health and Safety Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), or a closely related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an occupational health and safety role.

Preferred Certifications

NEBOSH (IGC or higher), IOSH, or equivalent internationally recognised health and safety certifications.

Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and international best practices.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Office applications
