Position: Junior Sales Coordinator

Location: Dammam

Company Scope of service: Material supply and engineering services to main clients such as Aramco, SABIC,SWCC,SEC, Maaden, etc. Having a rich history supporting the Oil& Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, and Mining industries with advanced solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated, quick learner and enthusiastic Engineering Graduate (Male/Female) to support our Sales activities.

Minimum requirements:

-Must have an engineering degree ( Electrical/electronic or mechanical)

-Fluent in English speaking and writing.

-Excellent in MS office suite.

-Min 1-2 years work experience in any of the GCC countries.

Main Job responsibilities:-

Download RFQ’s (Request for Quotation) from each client portals on daily basis and review technically to ensure it comes under AIC’s scope of supply.
Forward the selected RFQ’s to procurement team for sourcing.
Generate daily reports of RFQ’s in an excel file with bid closing date
Track and download PO’s from portals and forward to procurement team.
Sales coordinator role will involve costing sheet, and Quote preparation.
E-mail communications with client whenever it needed

Expected joining date ASAP.
