Seeking Expert Off-Plan Real Estate Agent in Dubai!
What I’m looking for in an agent:
• Proven Off-Plan Track Record: Must have a history of successful transactions in off-plan sales (not just ready properties).
• RERA Certified: Their license must be valid and verifiable with the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
• Developer Relationships & Access: Someone with strong ties to top-tier developers like Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, etc., ideally offering access to pre-launch deals and exclusive units.
• Market Insight & Transparency: Can provide in-depth analysis on ROI projections, area growth trends, and is fully transparent about costs, payment plans, and potential risks.
• Client-Centric: Someone who prioritizes my investment goals and not just making a quick commission.
*Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Dedicated Off-Plan Experience is mandatory
