We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Officer for our car rental company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with staff and customers, and ensuring smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate vehicle availability, documentation, and scheduling
Handle customer queries and operational issues
Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies
Liaise with management and other departments as required
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Experience in car rental or related operations will be an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office
