Responsibilities
• Source, qualify, and manage leads for ready/secondary properties across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales and lease agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, community trends, and pricing.
• Advise clients on property options, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance processes are completed accurately.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing).
• Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s key communities and property portals.
• UAE Driving License & own car (preferred).
• Positive, professional, and goal-driven personality.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
