Job Description

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents / Brokers with 2–3 years of proven industry experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be professional, presentable, driven, and results-oriented, with strong responsibility and ambition. Candidates with an existing client or investor base will be given preference.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage

Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Demonstrated track record of successful sales

Self-motivated, hardworking, and goal-driven

Ability to manage clients independently and professionally

Preferred:

Existing personal clients or investor network
