This is a commission Based role (no basic salary)
Requirements
1. Fluency in English; Russian; Chinese; any of European languages would be a strong advantage
2. Manage qualified, high-intent leads generated through strategic marketing.
3.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and closing mastery
4. Highly disciplined, self-driven, and target-focused
5. Presentable with a professional attitude
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage qualified, high-intent leads generated through strategic marketing.
2. Structure, negotiate, and close complex, high-ticket transactions.
3. Build long-term relationships founded on trust, discretion, and results.
4. Real estate experience is preferred.
5. Maintain accurate records in the CRM
6. Achieve monthly sales targets
