Looking PLC Automation Engineer

Job description

Programming knowledge of Major Brands of PLC, HMI SCADA.

Responsibilities:

– Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems for sewing, cutting, moulding, and related production machines.

– Perform installations, calibrations, and integrations of sensors, drives, HMI panels, and machine control components.

– Diagnose machine faults, breakdowns, and automation issues to ensure smooth production operations.

– Optimize machine performance by improving PLC logic, cycle times, safety interlocks, and production efficiency.

– Work with mechanical, electrical, and production teams for machine upgrades, modifications, and new equipment commissioning.

– Maintain documentation including wiring diagrams, ladder logic, control panel layouts, and change logs.

– Ensure compliance with safety standards and support preventive-maintenance activities.
