SAP Consultants:

3+ years of SAP experience in relevant module
5+years for MM/WM.
Prior AMC / support experience preferred
Strong business process understanding
Willing to work at client locations in the Gulf
Minimum 1-year contract availability
Good client-facing communication skills

PMO: 5+ years experience in project management, preferably SAP/ERP PMP/Prince2 certification preferred Willing to travel frequently (Gulf & India) Excellent coordination and reporting skills Experience in managing AMC or client support projects Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA exposure (consultants) Middle East project experience SAP module certification Immediate / short notice availability

Role-Specific Responsibilities 1) SAP FICO Consultant Support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO modules. Handle month-end and year-end closing issues. Support taxation (VAT/GST), reporting, and compliance. Integrate FICO with MM, PM, PP, and SD. 2) SAP BASIS Consultant Manage SAP system administration (ECC / S/4HANA). Monitor system performance, jobs, and interfaces. Handle transports, client administration, and system refreshes. Perform upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery. Coordinate security and authorization-related activities. 3) SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Manage equipment, functional locations, notifications, and orders. Integrate PM with MM (spares) and FI/CO (costing). Support maintenance planning and scheduling. 4) SAP MM / WM Consultant Support procurement, inventory, and invoice verification processes. Handle warehouse processes: putaway, picking, storage, and stock movement. Manage material master, vendor master, and pricing procedures. Integrate MM/WM with PP, PM, SD, and FI. 5) PMO (India – Frequent Travel) Manage SAP AMC and implementation projects across Gulf clients Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate between client teams, SAP consultants, and internal Growz teams Conduct frequent client site visits in Gulf countries Ensure project documentation, reporting, risk management, and issue escalation Facilitate resource allocation, budgeting, and compliance adherence Track AMC SLA performance metrics and client satisfaction Mandatory Requirements
