Senior Architect
Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability and performance.
Liaise with Company stakeholders, consultant and contractors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish design standards and best practices that enhance project efficiency and quality.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable architectural designs and roadmaps.
Organize/manage design review meetings, workshops and reports during design phases
Create detailed architectural documentation, including system blueprints, design specifications, and deployment plans.
Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring adherence to design principles and project timelines.
Facilitate architecture review sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
Drive the architectural governance process, ensuring all projects comply with established quality and security standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture), Master of Architecture(Architecture)
Any
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience within a Consultancy / Construction background in the Middle East in architecture with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Experienced in AutoCAD, Adobe, Revit and BIM implementation process
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and driving projects to successful completion.
Cultural fit with a collaborative mindset, showing adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for global collaboration.
