Job Description

Lead and execute Archer implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and risk management frameworks.
Design and configure Archer solutions, including data feeds, workflows, and dashboards, to meet specific client requirements for GRC processes.
Provide expert guidance on Archer best practices, offering strategic recommendations to optimize platform performance and user adoption.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation to empower clients and end-users with Archer proficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Archer solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate Archer configurations and customizations, minimizing errors and risks.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and efficient support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Stay abreast of Archer product updates, new features, and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements and upgrades.
Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials, showcasing Archer expertise and value.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring successful project completion within the agreed-upon scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master of Technology/Engineering(Computers)

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technology and systems.
Holds relevant certifications such as Archer Certified Professional (ACP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), demonstrating expertise and credibility.
Exhibits a strong understanding of various risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., COSO, NIST, ISO , enabling effective solution design.
Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in GRC, risk management, or IT security, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.
Proficient in Archer platform configuration, including data feeds, workflows, and reporting, ensuring platform customization.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, showcasing the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Exhibits strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
