Job Description

Develop precise architectural drawings and plans using CAD software to translate conceptual designs into detailed, workable blueprints.
Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and adhere to building codes and regulations.
Create 3D models and visual presentations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates to support project management.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project meetings, ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in updated plans.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.
Conduct site visits to gather information and assess existing conditions, ensuring designs are feasible and compliant.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and software to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring easy access for all team members and stakeholders.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to clarify design intent and resolve construction-related queries.

A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting, essential for producing high-quality architectural documents.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring designs are compliant with legal standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly to team members and clients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with architects and engineers.

A strong understanding of construction materials and methods, enhancing the practicality of design proposals.
