Job Description
Partnership Development: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and loyalty programs; negotiate terms and agreements.
Campaign Execution: Plan and launch joint marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional events with partners.
Operational Coordination: Handle daily escalations, ensure smooth communication, and manage reimbursements and incentives.
Performance Reporting: Prepare dashboards and reports on campaign ROI, card usage, and customer engagement; analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Customer Engagement: Promote payment plans, loyalty benefits, and co-branded offers; support development of new partnership-led products and strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Indian, Saudi Arabian
MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance)
Male
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, banking promotions, financial product marketing, or card portfolio management within the KSA/GCC region.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the KSA/GCC retail banking landscape, loyalty programs, and co-branded card ecosystems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across banks, fintech, internal departments, and retail locations.
Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
