Guide clients through the entire business setup process in Saudi Arabia, from initial concept to operational launch.
Manage the licensing and registration process, ensuring compliance with Saudi government requirements (e.g., Ministry of Commerce).
Advise on optimal business structures (e.g., LLC, branch, representative office) considering local regulations and tax implications.
Assist in securing necessary permits, visas, and approvals required for business operations.
Provide strategic guidance on navigating local labor laws, including Saudization requirements.
Offer expertise on selecting suitable office spaces and identifying potential partners or investors.
Stay updated on evolving Saudi Arabian regulations and provide proactive advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry contacts.
