Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on clinical support and act as a resource for nursing staff
Assist in staff education, competency validation, and clinical training
Support unit orientation and ongoing professional development
Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and accreditation activities
Promote evidence-based nursing practices
Maintain high standards of patient care and unit workflow
