Job Description
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of the tower construction project, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders, contractors, and the design team to achieve project objectives.
Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities for the tower project.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on schedule, cost, and quality.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Manage procurement, subcontractors, and material logistics efficiently.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and project team members.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing high-rise construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
