Job Description
• Maintain a systematic and traceable record of all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Review documents for accuracy and ensure they follow the established numbering and filing systems.
• Manage both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring long-term storage and easy retrieval.
• Prepare periodic status reports on document progress, overdue items, and pending approvals.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role. • Arabic is highly preferred. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Arabic/English languages. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for tracking logs, Word for formatting, and Outlook for formal communication). • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
