Job Description
Orchestrate workforce planning by analyzing project needs, forecasting labor demands, and proactively sourcing talent to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements to conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews, to bring the best talent for the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies to streamline communication and foster a collaborative work environment.
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Administer and maintain employee records, including updating personnel files, tracking attendance, and managing leave requests with accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor and analyze manpower costs, identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to control expenses without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting ethical practices.
Continuously improve manpower coordination processes by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and staying updated on industry trends.

Bachelor or Diploma in related field .
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manpower coordination.
Prior experience in the construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries is preferred – Saudi ARAMCO Projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are necessary.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is required.
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve manpower-related issues.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages may be advantageous.
