Production Engineer

Job Description

Oversee and manage the production process for steel and aluminium fabrication, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resources to meet production targets.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product designs and manufacturing processes.
Monitor production equipment and machinery, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in production engineering, with a focus on steel and aluminium fabrication.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies.
Project management experience.
