Production Line Operator – Plastic Spiral Hose

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Production Line Operator to join our new Plastic Spiral Hose manufacturing line. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating plastic extrusion or hose-making machinery and a good understanding of plastic raw materials and compounds

• Operate and monitor plastic spiral hose extrusion machinery and related production equipment.

• Set machine parameters, ensure proper calibration, and achieve required product specifications.

• Handle plastic raw materials (PVC, PP, PE, etc.) and prepare compounds as per production requirements.

• Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks during production.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of machines.

• Ensure smooth workflow on the production line and maintain daily production reports.

• Follow safety standards, housekeeping, and company production guidelines.

• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian, Nepali

Diploma(Engineering, Production Technology), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Plastics)

Male

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plastic extrusion, plastic hose production, or similar machine operation.

• Strong understanding of plastic compounds, additives, and processing parameters.

• Ability to read and understand machine settings and technical instructions.

• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor adjustments and troubleshooting.

• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Ready to work in shift operations if required.
