Sales & Reservations – Customer Service Representative (B1)
Location: Saudi Arabia
Shift: 24×7 | Voice & Non-Voice
� Contract: 18 Months
Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only
Education: High School (Diploma/Bachelor preferred)
Experience: 0–5 Years
Handle flight bookings, changes, cancellations & after-sales support
Process payments and ancillary services (seats, extra baggage, etc.)
Support corporate, agency & government bookings
Assist with airline holidays (hotels, flights, attractions)
Respond to customer inquiries professionally as per SOPs

Saudi Arabian
Secondary School, Intermediate School, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts
Any
Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication
Ability to handle difficult customers with empathy
Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office)
Good multitasking & information processing skills
Language Requirements
Arabic: Read / Write / Speak (Fluent)
English: Read / Write / Speak (High proficiency)
Urdu: Read / Write / Speak (Preferred)
