Job Description

– Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software

– Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create realistic and achievable project schedules

– Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays, risks, or issues

– Provide recommendations and solutions to mitigate delays and ensure project schedule is on track

– Conduct regular schedule reviews and progress meetings with project team members

– Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders and project team members

– Analyze project data and provide insights to improve scheduling and control processes

– Train and mentor junior scheduling engineers on best practices and procedures

– Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedule status

– Ensure compliance with project schedule requirements and contractual obligations

– Continuously monitor and improve project scheduling and control procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Any

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

– Minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling and control for construction projects

– Proficient in industry-standard scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

– Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-pressure environment

– PMP or PSP certification is a plus.
