Job Description

Conduct thorough inspections of welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications, identifying defects and non-conformities.

Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to verify correct welding procedures and techniques are being employed.

Document inspection results meticulously, preparing detailed reports that outline findings and recommendations for corrective actions.

Collaborate closely with welding teams to provide immediate feedback on quality issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Diploma(Welding Technology), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)

Any

A diploma or degree in Welding Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field to ensure a strong technical foundation.

Relevant certifications such as AWS CWI or CSWIP to demonstrate expertise and commitment to industry standards. CSWIP Mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in welding inspection or quality control within heavy industry sectors.

Experience in industries like oil and gas, shipbuilding, or construction, where stringent quality control measures are crucial.
