Job Description
Prepare and cook Arabic and Asian cuisines, especially Indian dishes.
Knowledge of Western, Pastry, Chinese, and other cuisines (added advantage).
Plan and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure high-quality food presentation, taste, and portion control.
Manage kitchen operations, staff supervision, and workflow.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Control inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
Handle requests and adapt menus as needed.
Work under pressure and manage multiple orders efficiently.
Immediate joining is required.
