Job Description
The Stock Controller is responsible for managing inventory efficiently, ensuring stock availability when needed, accurately tracking stock movement, and minimizing risks of stock loss. The role requires working both independently and collaboratively to meet operational standards and maintain accurate inventory records.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Tracking Shipments
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring discrepancies are reported and resolved by raising SRD reports.
Maintain accurate tracking and updates in logbooks and systems.
2. Stock Accuracy and Damage Management
Conduct weekly stock accuracy checks and investigate discrepancies.
Segregate and track damaged stock and ensure proper system updates in coordination with brand teams.
3. Event Support
Prepare the store for marketing events, arrange stock counts, and organize inventory for easy scanning/counting.
4. Missing Barcode Management
Identify, record, and report inventory missing barcodes to brand teams.
Ensure updated reports are submitted monthly.
5. Maintenance Support
Oversee maintenance work in the store, including nighttime tasks, ensuring successful completion.
6. Budgeting and Finance
Participate in annual business planning.
Manage monthly budgets, create purchase orders (PO), track invoices, and ensure timely completion of services.
7. Asset Management
Manage all non-merchandise assets stored in stock rooms for business activities.

1–5 years of experience in retail stock handling within KSA is mandatory.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong hands-on experience with large shipments and accuracy in stock counting.
