Job Description
Overview of the role:
Manage and implement programs and policies and coordinate activities of the assigned Wholesalers portfolio to ensure the sales targets or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed period, and maintaining/increasing the regional GDI /NPS of the
assigned regional wholesalers.
What you will do:
Contributing to the achievement of revenue, profit, man-hour sales, GDI and increase customer retention through efficient distribution plans for the sales operations, effective sales marketing campaign and high operation productivity.
Achieve pre-determine portfolio operational targets by defining and preparing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the Regional SGM.
Manage the regional wholesaler sales activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company’s policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.
Ensures highly satisfied Guest by promoting a Guest Centric mindset to achieve high sales activities through an effective
networking with other departments in accordance to company standards.
Resolves all customers’ complaint within assigned area, with coordination of the direct manager and head office management to ensure customers’ delight and handling of customers’ complaints by managing their expectations.
Continuously review, monitor and evaluate sales achievements by supporting and assisting regional sales and marketing campaigns, promoting Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve set targets.
Ensure that the wholesaler network complies with the franchise and operational standards and maintains strong communication linkages with ALJ in order to track sales and financial activities.
Assist in developing and implementing the wholesaler incentive schemes to motivate wholesalers to push sales and achieve the desired targets.
Monitor and evaluate the daily performance of the sales teams to ensure that business performance is met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the management, whenever required.

Required Skills to be successful:
Minimum Experience: 7-10 years of relevant marketing and sales experience with at least 3 years in a business leadership role preferred in retail sector with wholesaler experience, preferred in Automotive business.
Job-Specific Skills: Financial Analytics, Negotiation skills
Language: English Proficiency and Arabic language is a must
