Job Description
Administrative Support
· Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
Office Management
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
· Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
· Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Communication
· Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
· Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
· Greet visitors and determine the nature of their business.
Meeting Coordination
· Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to appropriate parties.
Documentation and Filing
· Maintain an organized filing system for documents, both electronic and physical.
· Ensure timely and accurate filing of important documents.
Project Assistance
· Assist with special projects as needed.
· Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.

Qualifications:
