Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proactively addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing value propositions and strategic initiatives.
Monitor account performance metrics and report on key insights to inform business development strategies.
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s offerings.

Bachelor of Business Administration
Female
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within a Rent A Car / Transportation/ Hospitality industry.
Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and develop data-driven strategies.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage in multicultural markets.
