Job Description

Responsible to ensure efficiency across all the phases from negotiation and presentations through completion process within due dates, coordination of all documents, authorizations and payments within due dates and establishes a trusting between all publics.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare drafts and final proposals, lease agreements, deal summary, payment plan, amendments and deeds for checking.

· Prepare the lease agreements, specialty license agreement and for couriering.

· Prepare and issuing correspondence by email, couriered letter and fax.

· Follow up by letter, telephone, email for documentation.

· Receiving cheques and signed agreements and verifying amounts.

· Update follow up and tracking of documents.

· Providing inputs to other departments and receiving output from related departments in respect to leasing.

· Preparing Leases for sign off by the first party.

· Update leasing manager both formally and informally as required.

· Prepare and collate reports as and when required by leasing manager.

· Entertain client’s queries on the main units, kiosks and promotional kiosks.

· Arrange meetings.

· Coordinate and maintain the database for Tawtheeq Contract for both kiosks and main units.

· Sending notifications, follow up emails for renewals for both Specialty Leasing contracts and Tawtheeq Contracts.

· Client liaising for the coordination of main unit, kiosk and promotional kiosk set up.

· Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor of Business Administration

Male

· The ability to understand interpret and communicate with clients on every level.

· The ability to take instructions, interpret and apply to produce the desired results.

· Strong administration skills with a good eye for detail.

· To be proactive organised and efficient
