Printer Technician

Job Description

Diagnose and troubleshoot printer malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various printer models to extend their lifespan.
Install new printers and configure them to work seamlessly within the existing network infrastructure.
Provide technical support and training to clients on proper printer usage and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory management for efficient operations.
Stay updated on the latest printer technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights on printer products and solutions.
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate printer solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while performing repairs and installations.
Manage customer relationships by delivering excellent service and addressing concerns promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Nepali, Pakistani, Sri Lankan

Intermediate School

Any

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in electronics or computer technology is preferred.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in printer repair and maintenance, preferably in a technical support role.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.
Physical ability to lift heavy printers and equipment, and perform tasks in various environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts to configure printers within various environments.
