Senior Finance Manager

Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for energetic Senior Finance Manager to join our team. Having relevant UAE experience in Real-Estate industry is highly required.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and accounting standards.

Oversee and manage all financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and investment analysis.

Supervise the handling of escrow accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to the senior management team to support decision-making.

Monitor and manage the financial performance of the company’s real estate projects.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., legal, operations, project management) to ensure smooth financial operations and project execution.

Ensure tax compliance and manage the company’s relationship with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP financial modules, ensuring efficient financial operations.

Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, and ensure sound financial controls are in place.
Desired Candidate Profile

Indian

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of total finance experience, with at least 6 years of experience in real estate finance within the UAE.
Strong experience in managing escrow accounts and understanding legal compliance.
Proficient in SAP, with a solid understanding of real estate finance management.
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
System Knowledge: Must have experience with SAP
Escrow Experience: Must have dealt with escrow accounts

Preferred Skills:

Experience with real estate project financing and investment strategies.
Knowledge of real estate development processes and construction financing.
